What is SEFL MADE?
Sefl Made is the collaborative brand of Salty Jewelry and QUIBX. The two met in 2019 and have combined forces to create a brand that encompasses all of their creative works. They have always done things their own way, and both share a drive and passion to make the world a cooler place through art.
Why is it spelled that way?
When Salty went to get knuckle tattoos that said “Self Made”, both her and the tattoo artist had dyslexia. She looked at the art and approved it, not realizing it was spelled wrong. Once the tattoo was finished, she decided it was the most “her” thing she could have done, and it’s become a source of pride. When it came time to decide on a name for their new brand, it felt like a perfect fit.
Who is QUIBX
QUIBX (pronounced Quib-X, like Quebec) is an artist currently based out of New Hampshire, born and bred in Massachusetts. He’s mostly a visual artist creating striking visuals inspired by the iconic media of his youth – Heavy Metal, Skateboarding, Comic Books and Giant Monsters. He’s designed toys, written books, and shown art in galleries. While he has been creating art for over 30 years, he started using the pseudonym QUIBX in 2017.
Who is Salty Jewelry / Salty Monsters
Heather Cosgrove has been creating Salty Jewelry since 2018 and started her brand as Salty Jewelry for Assholes. In 2025 She branched out to selling original art and created the new moniker “Salty Monster”. She’s been creating artwork since the pandemic and works in a variety of media.
